Please help

ok I started out good but am lossing my will power. I allow myself a cheat now and then but it is becoming more frequent. I try so hard to watch what I eat, but I don't know that I am doing that good of a job. :cry: I want so bad to lose this weight, but not sure I can do it. I need some tips and words of incoragment. Please let me know what you do to keep yourself motivated. I will not quit.

    I only let myself cheat like 1 day per week... but i still log it.. It makes me realize that some meals really arent worth it. I pack myself a lunch each morning..so that is ALL I eat.. I dont keep anything else around. The scale game I have with myself keeps me motivated... Plus I set mini goals.... That way its like a challenge with myself. :wink:

    If I am really craving something I let myself have it...a small bit of it (1 cookie, 1 candy, etc). It seems to work pretty well. Still...every few weeks I go crazy on food for a day or so...but I get right back on track and it hasn't seemed to mess me up too badly (although I do need to stop the binging!)!

    Banks you are the man. Yuo gave me something to think about. I do need to pack my lunch more to many bad temptations around were I work. I can get any kind of nasty greasy food you can think of. I think I will ask my hubby for a little more help.
