BL DVD's

I am looking for a new BL dvd and I would love some feed back. I already have the 30 day shred, so what is another great one that might help me break this stupid plateau.:grumble: Also what would I need to go with it IE bands weights etc......

    the BL DVD's are on sale this week at target until Saturday! I want to get the yoga one...can anyone recommend it?
