Does anyone know of a website that I can use to find out how many calories anre in a dish I make at home. I know the recipe but I can' t remember where I got it so I need to figure out the calories on my own.

There are a number of sites...but the one i use is at this link...you put in the number of servings...then each of the items...it then calculates the nutrition

There's a site called caloriecount.about.com that has a section where you enter ingredients for a recipe and it figures out the nutrition. I've only tried it once and it seemed satisfactory. You have to set up an account (it's free) to access that feature.
I've also tried listing all the ingredients in the recipe on one of my meals on MFP then saving it as a meal then serving myself only my share (like if it's a recipe that serves four, I list .25 servings of the whole recipe.
