SL 5x5 gals - when did you 1st plateau?
I have just finished my third week doing Strong Lifts with my husband and for the first time today, I couldn't get all five overhead presses. I was only able to do 3 or 4 per set at 65 lbs. Am I absurdly weak or is that pretty normal to hit a plateau this early on?

At what weight did you first fail with the OP?
I just failed for the first time to do all 5 x 5 reps of the overhead press with 65 lbs of weight. Is that pretty weak? I just can't see myself being able to do it next time, let alone add more weight after that. Any advice on how to get through? Thanks!

Sores on elbows after plank....?
I do a few exercise classes at a local gym that incorporate a plank- the kind where you brace yourself on your forearms. I have developed actual sores on my elbows from it. Am I doing something wrong in the way I am holding my arms to cause this, or is this normal? Thanks!
