Does the book show the proper way to lift?
I am TOTALLY new to weights, and not sure of the correct technique. Is this all explained in the book? Are there pictures?
Thanks,
Sarah

There are pictures and a pretty detailed descriptions for all of the exercises in the book. You can also find videos for all of them on youtube.0

Thanks for the info! I will certainly get the book now!
Is there any reason that I can't do the program in the book and still fit in some cardio. I love cardio (kickboxing, aerobics, running).0 -
I've been wanting to know this too before I bought the book so thank you for posting!0
