Starting Month 2 Insanity on Monday.....Anyone Else?

VERY nervous about the workouts. I completed Month 1 but did it over 5.5 weeks, not 4. Also, until the VERY last day, I was a pause button addict. I read at the very end of the month that I shouldn't be pausing, just breaking when needed, so I am wondering how it will go on Monday.

Any support (newbies or veterans!) would be great!

What should I expect from the workouts? How are they different from Month 1?
