I have the UFC Trainer for Xbox Kinet and the 30day shred. Has anyone used any of these and what sort of results did you see? I have used both and both make me out of breath, sweaty and feel like I have had a good workout!

How can eating more help me lose weight
Can someone help In 2010 i lost just over two stone in 10weeks by eating very little. I ate ½ can of lentil soup for lunch and for tea i had a pot of ambrosia rice pudding and pineapple rings. Im not using MFP and it says I have to have minimum of 1200 calories. Which is WAY more than i ate before. I don’t drink / smoke.…

why am I not losing
I have been trying to eat 1200 calories as recommended by mfp . I tend not to go over but I'm no deficit t losing. surely if Im eating a 500 calorie deficit then surely I should be losing? any exercise on top is a bonus?
