Good morning everyone
Hope your all well.
Sorry I haven’t been active in a while. It’s been hectic with work and exams.
I have a silly question to ask.
Im actually off on Tuesday for two weeks for some study / exams .
If I take an hour / hour and half out every morning to go to the gym and swimming, do you think I could see a difference in two weeks? I was thinking ½ gym followed by ½ / 1 hour swimming depending on how busy the pool is. Is that enough to kick start my body into losing weight?
I have been to the doctors, and they actually think a lot of my weight gain post pregnancy has been due to the contraceptive injection, so I have been placed on a different form. I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if there has been any improvement, although its less likely as the hormone will take a few months to actually be gone from my system but I have noticed a few lb. dropping on the scales.
I have also changed the way I eat and I don’t drink fizzy juice unless it’s a treat but Im not getting to the point where that even a “treat” just doesn’t taste right, so flavoured water it is. I eat more healthy and have cut back on junk food.
Help appreciated
