How much is too much?

Strange question but i really want know how much exercise is too much.

I have slowly been upping my exercise and starting tomorrow im going to try and do 30 day shred in the morning before work followed by UFC trainer at night once my daughter is in bed.

This will be about an hour in total and according the calorie calculators will burn nearly 700 calories based on my current weight.

Is this a good or a bad thing?
