OMG TORTILLA WARPS!
I can't believe I didnt know this before, but I had to tell you all. I found 80 calorie tortillas by La Tortilla Factory!! I found them at HEB (TEXAS) and they are delish! I made a cold wrap for dinner, with lettuce cucumbers sliced turkey and tomatoe. So good and yet soo low in calories!! Hope u all find them:P

broke the evil PLATEU!!!

Hi! usually i crave granola for snacking, but i think the one i eat has to much calories, and its low fat. I tend to buy the "heartland low fat granola w/raisins" and 1/2 a cup has 180 calories..Does anyone know of another granola cereal out there? thanks.

not eating all my calorieess
is it possible i'm not losing any weight because i don't eat the calories i'm supposed to? I find this so hard to believe, but i've heard it before. I am supposed to be eating 1,200 to lose the 15 lbs i want to lose, but i find it sooo hard. I barely make it to 700. COuld this be the reason I'm not losing it? THANKSSSS

i just bought a scale, because i used to only weigh myself once every 2 weeks with my nutrionist. Oh well, I've been basically maintaining my weight since new years, and hadnt seen my doctor ever since that day. eating less calories than i should..
Is it possible that I am not losing the weight becuase I eat leas calories than I should be eating.? I should be eating 1200 a day (in order to lose 2 lb a day,) but I only eat about 600-800, mainly because I feel guilty. THANKS!

I don't eat rice, but i was wondering if it was a good idea to incorporate in my diet. I always find myself way under the daily calories needed to lose weight, and it might be the reason why I dont lose the weight. Is brown rice a good idea for lunch, with some veggies and chicken/fish? THANKS!

Special K cereal
I've been losing weight eating all the healthy stuff. (veggies, chickens, fish, fruits, etc). However, you think its okay to have special k or fiber one for dinner at 7 pm, with 1/2 skim milk?

How long before you notice weight loss?
I have been dieting for two weeks exaclty, eating healthy veggies chicken fruits etc. I do feel lighter in my stomach area, but not so much in clothes. It might get frustrating but i dont want to give up. Does anyone know more less how much time until i really notice it in my clothes? THANKS.
