Workout with minor back injury?
3 days ago I pulled a muscle in the lower right hand side of my back while doing the 30 day shred. Its sore when I twist or bend low. Food makes me feel tired?
I've noticed several times over the last few days that within 20 mins of eating (even a small but healthy and well balanced meal) I begin to feel very tired and my mood seems to change too. This lethargic feeling makes me want to run to the fridge for chocolate, I feel as if I need a sugar pick-me-up. Why is this?

Don't trust those machine read outs!
I just did a 10 minute experiment, I wore my HRM and also set my stationary bike to record calories burnt. My HRM said 50 the bike said 148. OMG! I'm going to the beach with my 2 year old in a little while. We'll be having a good walk but it wont be very fast because her legs are only little! Is it worth wearing a HRM for non-vigerous exercise like this? Or will I get a false reading?

HRM math help please
My HRM arrived this morning and I've just used it for my workout. I know I need to subtract the calories I would have burnt just sitting around doing nothing. But my question is how do I do this? Do I wear my HRM for a rest period and use this value? Or, do I use my BRM and work out my resting als from that? Help please1

How to get the motivation back
I was doing great! But then I had 2 weeks off work. I didn't go too mad, but I did fall off the wagon. Increasing calories close to your goal weight?
I've read several posts about increasing your calories by changing your account to loose 0.5lb a week instead of a 1 lb a week when you get close to your goal weight. Did you do this? Did you still loose the weight and reach your goal?

I'm going to a smart wedding as an evening guest tomorrow night. Is it ok to wear all black to a wedding evening party?
