How to get the motivation back

I was doing great! But then I had 2 weeks off work. I didn't go too mad, but I did fall off the wagon. Now I only have 2 lbs to get to my goal (I have been within 0.25lb of reaching it but I've slipped back a bit), but I just can't get the enthusiasm back to finally drop those last 2 lbs. I really want to see that 11st 0lbs on the scale. How do I get back to being committed?

    it all starts with just once little choice at a time. Just have to choose.

    Make new goals:

    Many people that want to continue to push themselves sign up for races like a 5K.
    Some people create an event goal: like a vacation, reunion, or a wedding.
    Instead of starting over for New Years' create a weight loss target goal to reach by New Years.
