Workout with minor back injury?

3 days ago I pulled a muscle in the lower right hand side of my back while doing the 30 day shred. Its sore when I twist or bend low. It was getting better untill I tweeked it again this morning while defrosting my car. I've not exercised for 3 days and I'm starting to get twitchy. I really want to work out! Can you suggest exercises I might be able to do until I can get back to normal?
