Daily mini goals?
What do you all think about having daily mini goals? Like today we burn 300 calories? Or less if need be? Who is in? I am in for sure

Is this group active?
I joined this group, then no one was posting any type of goals, so I sort of took it over. Are we still wanting to do weekly goals? If so how about starting Monday Sept 3rd we do at least 15 minutes exercise each day. Then the following Sunday night check in? Who is in? I am in!

I am really hoping to find someone in my town who is trying to lose weight and exercise. I am in Cloverdale Calif. There has to be someone here???? Help, I need a real live human being to push me. (not too hard though).

Well, not too many are following this daily challenge, so not sure if I should keep it up or not. LOL What happened to you all? In case anyone still wants to do it, I will keep posting it. Mini challange for Sunday
Hi, I think today we should do some relaxing exercises and deep breathing. I love doing the hand come together up over the head as I breathe in, hold for a few then hands come down out to the side and back up again. I know some can't put their arms above their head, so just do what ever relaxing you can do.

Today we shall do heel lifts and try to balance on one foot at a time. Liz suggested these before and I tell you that balancing is hard to do, but as she said, very important as we age. So, YES we will try it again and again.

Ok pals, let's do walking Wednesday again, Yes again. Walk for 30 minutes total today. It can be done in the house or outside. In increments if you need to do it that way. Just do it!

I have a suggestion for one day--wrist exercises. It is important to keep those muscles strong for most sports and for every day chores. You can use the things you squeeze or you can use dumbbells and do curls then turn your hand over and do extensions. Thank you issyfit for this one.
