Over on carbs already
Wow this drives me crazy:angry: I love to eat fresh fruit and it seem like when a I have a apple and a banana it puts me over on my carbs. How bad are the carbs you get from fresh fruit?

Hit the mini Goal
I hit my mini goal this week I have lost 13lbs so far I'm almost half way there! I so happy I never thought I would make it this far, but now I can't be stopped! Pictures soon to come! Alicia

P90X Lean
So I'm on week one of Phase 2 I slacked off last night and didn't do my workout so I was thinking I would do two today right after work. So if a have a big lunch and a snack before do you think I would be okay? I dont want to feel behind in my program.

Okay so when I work out MFP gives me that many calories to eat back but does it give me more carbs, fat, protine ect or is it just calories?:huh:

Going over
So a few times this week and last week I have been going over on my Protein and Sodium. I have not be over on my Calories. I guess my question is how bad is it that I have been going over on Protein and Sodium?

Evening Workout
I workout in the evening after work I have a snack at work at about 3:30 and I get home to work out at about 5:30 I just wanted to know if I should have a protein shake at my 3:30 snack time and if so what kind taste the best.

Fell off for months ( three months that is)
I'm back to try this all over again, I quit working out and eating right and tracking my food in November. I can't stand that I let myself get back to where I was, I was doing so well lost 15lbs now I have gained all but 5lbs back. I will not give up and I will not give in again. Small Success
Today I start week three of P90X ! I can already see a small change I have lost 4lbs already, my pants are getting big on me and my dress slacks are looking like they are more wide leg than stright leg. woop woop I'm on my way to skinner, healthy ME!!

I start P90X tonight and I start off with core synergistics I dont have HRM yet but I wanted to know about how many calories I will burn doing this and the other exercises.
