Someone needs to set a fire under my butt!

So I really need to make myself eat better and work out! But it seem like I will wake up with good intentions and then by lunch I mess it all up with fast food or something along thoes lines. I know I'm only hurting myself but I just keep doing it! I want to lose weight and be healthy I really do so why in world am I doing this to myself! I JUST WANT TO BE A SUCCESS STORY!

    I can't really force you to eat good but since we live in the same time I would be willing to workout with you :)

    The key is to plan ahead. I have down what I am going to eat tomorrow by the time I go to bed. Packing lunch is huge to keeping away from those temptations of McD's or the Jack in the Box. Remember lunch does not just have to be a salad.

    2 slices Healthy Life 35 Calorie Bread 70 Calories
    6 slices Oscar Meyer Mesquite Turkey 45 Calorios
    1 Slice Provlone Cheese 70 Calories
    2 ounces cheese cubes (I like pepperjack personally) 110
    1 bag of Chips 150 Calories
    1 Pudding 60 Calories
