has anyone else had the experience of finding it tougher to stay in your calorie range after increasing them? i lost 30 pounds in roughly 5 months (july-december) eating on average 1600 calories/day (about 1300 net). during that time i rarely felt hungry, and didn't have many issues meeting my calorie target. Since…

how do you fuel long workouts?
hi--I've been wondering how I should best time my meals/calories on days where i have heavy workouts. For example, on Thursdays I go to a bootcamp class at 7:30 pm and do an hour of cardio prior to this from 6-7 (some mix of running/elliptical). How should I time my snacks/meals etc. so that I have enough energy throughout…

HRM calorie question
for those that use an HRM... do you count the calories it shows at the end of the workout, or subtract out what you would have burned had you not been working out? So for example, if i burn about 1700 calories (sedentary setting) per day and I typically run for 60 minutes--should i be subtracting 70 calories from what the…

I presume its a circulation issue…
