swollen forearm after working out this past weekend

I"m trying to figure out if this is normal or not

saturday morning i worked out and did a ton of band-assisted pull ups, i was sore for the next few days but nothing worse than normal after a hard workout for muscles that don't get a ton of use.

yesterday i noticed my right forearm was noticeably swollen and i was still somewhat sore from Saturday's workout, but definitely not as sore as sunday/monday.

today i'd say about 95% of soreness is gone but my forearm is still swollen, i think it's gone down since yesterday but tough to tell for sure. i also worked out yesterday morning, before realizing that anything was swollen/inflamed so not sure i just aggravated it in that workout.

i've been drinking lots of water and taking ibuprofin to try and get the swelling down.
