a few times now in the past week i've noticed the tips of my fingers going number after being outside for 10-15 minutes (weather is in the 40s so not too cold)
This has never happened before, and i was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how i might be able to prevent it? I presume its a circulation issue and i have a physical with my doctor next month already scheduled so i will bring this up and ask him, but in the meantime was just curious if anyone on here has experienced this
