i just started yesterday--can anyone whos done/is doing cycle 1 give me a sample menu just for some ideas to mix it up? i have the book, but wondering how everyone is actually doing it in practice. this is what my menu looked like yesterday:

breafast: egg whites with tomato and mushrooms, apple
lunch: salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinegar
snack: greek yogurt, baby carrots
dinner: grilled chicken with string beans (made with crushed garlic and olive oil)
dessert: smoothie made with greek yogurt, skim milk, mixed berries

I know you are supposed to eat both fruits before 2pm, but i've decided i'm going to save one for an after dinner dessert

also--has anyone had issues working out on cycle 1? i was getting pretty woozy feeling after my boot camp class, but am already paying for the classes and am not about to stop
