runners: what do you have your macros set at?

i'm training for my 3rd half marathon and was wondering what other distance runners have their macros set to--i'm running about 20-25 miles/week right now and have mine set at 50/20/30 but wondering if i should maybe strive for higher % carbs to help with training and energy on runs.
