Hi everyone I did a tdee calculator today on iifym and it said based upon my stats and 4 x exercising a week my tdee is around 2145 calories and to lose weight I need to eat 1795 so if I set my calories on here to 1lb a loss per week it gives me luckily around that figure am I correct in thinking I do not eat back exercise…

doing body combat every other day...
will this contribute to my increase in hunger? ove the past week now ive been conciously more hungry than normal. ive tried to have protein, hearty meals, to try curb it, but nothing does i feel ravenous all the time lol.

anybody do body combat from home?
im currently doing the les mills body combat from home, its an amazing workout always makes me hardcore sweat and burn over 500 calories for 45 minutes - anybody else do it>

Netting below 1000
Is it the done thing around here? As I'm a bit confused I eat all my calories well at least half taking my net up to my allowance but I've been looking on friends diaries and their netting at 300-500 calories is this unhealthy to you ?

Losing so slowly...but
Hi everyone this is my 2nd week running now I've only lost half a pound whilst I know this is still a loss it's torture knowing I'm only 3.5lbs away from my 3 stone. nutrition tab
Hi I've been looking at my nutrition tab and weekly calories, I weigh in on Saturdays, so I have 1 day left, however its saying I'm under 339 calories for the week, but I still have 1400 to eat, which would put me seriously over, I haven't gone over my cals all week apart from eating back exercise ones, is it a glitch?

calories you burn just living
Hello i was just wondering, does the exercise function automatically deduct calories you'd burn if you was just living and not exercising? say i do 60 minutes of zumba and burn 500 of them via my heart rate monitor, does this take into account or do i have to deduct this myself?
