a little conundrum...
i didnt lose any weight this week in fact i gained half a pound. i get weighed at tesco pharmacy as they have calibrated digital scales and a fat analyser. it says i gained half a pound in weight but actually lost 2lbs worth of fat... is this proof of water weight?

heres a weird one?
so i used MFP BMR calculator - and its coming up with 1751 calories so if i was to do nothing all day this is what i would burn..however!! when calculating a 2lb loss its giving me 1300 calories.. this is really low, i thought a deficit should be bewteen your bmr and your tdee? or have i got confused?
