to all the people that helped me and withstood my panicking!

ive finally broke my plateau and lost 2lbs this week!! im ecstatic, i changed to the TDEE method, ignore calories burnt doing les mills body combat 4 times a week and this week finally it paid off after 3 weeks of non moving!
i also was extra extra vigilent on weighing and counting everything. which i believe has helped also.

oh and lets not forget them quest bars! and smashing my protein goal every day!
