fitbit. would it benefit me?

hi everyone. . I currently have a polar ft4 I wear it during my intense body combst workouts 4 tomes a week. what I would like to know is would I benefit with a fitbit charge? that I can see the calories worked out for me and adjust etc. .. or is it just the same as my heart rate monitor?

A FitBit tracks your steps and all day activity, unlike the heart rate monitor that just tracks during intense cardio. Do you do a lot of step based activity, want to increase that activity, and like to see what your entire day looks like? Then you might like a fitbit. You may still want to wear the HRM during non-step based cardio workouts to get more accurate calorie counts.0
