If your short and lost belly flab
I'm 5'0" tall 107lbs and I'm having the hardest time losing belly fat. It's like I'm always going to have a pouch around my belly button. I blame it on having a short torso. I have been exercising 5-6 days a week for months now and easily maintained my weight eating 1450-1500 net cals until this week I have my goal set to 1450 and I am gradually gaining weight. I'm now at my goal weight and moving into maintenance mode. How does everyone approach this? MFP wants me to up my calories/carbs/fat. Calories by 230 and carbs by about 45. The carbs are what worry me the most. How should I increase? Slowly? Or go right into it? Any suggestions from anyone else who is maintaining?
