WHAT IS WORST and not so bad

What is the worst category to go over on the food diary? Put them in order of worst to not so bad. Here is my guess:

WORST

NOT SO BAD

What is yours? Is there one you should watch more than others, why?
Which don't you worry about and why?

I have a hard time staying under on Sodium and Sugar.

    I worry about going over on calories and sodium. Calories is what makes you gain fat. Sodium can cause you to retain water. Those are the only two I worry about. And I don't freak out if I'm over calories a bit. I know I'm still under my TDEE.

    Everything else I don't worry about. I don't even track sugar anymore since I"m well over the amount by breakfast.

    I am most watchful of my carbohydrates and sodium. I overindulge on both so I watch them closest.
