Jillian Michaels NMTZ and BFBM
Hi everyone, I am doing NMTZ and BFBM on alternate days. I can only do 5 circuits in BFBM along with warm up,and cool down. I am 117 lbs 4ft 9in. Is this going to be enough? Every muscle in my body is sore. I am keeping at 1200 cal. Goal weight is 105 lbs. Thanks everyone in advance.

Just recently got diagnosed with hypothryoid. i started meds today. Despite lots of exercise and calorie watching I was having a really hard time dropping the weight. Can anyone share their experience with me? Will I feel more energetic? will the body weight start dropping? Thank you.

phase 2 cardio
I've started phase 2 wk 5/6 however I don't feel I'm ready for cardio 2. The bottoms of my feet hurt bec. of all the jumpin plus I can't finish it. The max I can do is finish round 2 and my soles are hurting like crazy. Would it be wrong to stick with cardio 1 until I'm ready? It still gives me a good workout.

I just started the body rev after the 30 ds. I only did 1 of 2 weeks then went on to week 3. I wanted to know...do we have to take the sat/sun off? or can I continue with whatever workout comes next. That said i would be doing 2 weeks worth out workouts in about 8 days. I am doing weights in am and cardio a few hours later.

I'm confused and was hoping for some help. Myfitnesspal states my BMR is 1046. I am 37 yrs, female, 4'9" and 114 lbs. I am doing JM videos about 45 min/day 5days/wk. How many calories should I eat to acheive 1lb/wk loss? Currently I am taking in 1250-1300.

inexpensive hrm
can anyone tell me an inexpensive hrm to buy. I am starting circuit training and can't tell the cal burned. mfp..i feel overestimates. My elliptical tells me I burned 145 cal after 25 min vs. mfp says around 230.

I just realised that last night I picked up the New Balance calorie pedometer. Will this tell me the calories burned while I did the 30 days shred? Or will it only count steps? I'm new at this whole calorie counter thing..please help. Thank you.

I made a mistake
Has this happened t0 anyone before. I lost control yesterday and ate 800 calories above my goal!! I fell like what a waste of my effort and feel disgusted. I just lost control. i know that the only thing to do is start over today. But does this happen to others also or is it just me?

I have been doing only the 30ds for 10 days. start weight was 117.5. after 2.5 weeks now 116. but for the last 1 week the weighing machine is stuck..no change. very discouraging. I am taking in 1100-1200 cal most part. occasionaly..1400. Is this normal? Any thoughts?
