Does anyone know of these as a substitute for meat and good source of protein. They are the vegetarian hotdogs. Are they good for you or these considered bad like processed foods.

I haven't tried their links but the burgers are good. If you don't eat processed food then you probably shouldn't eat them. It's personal preference. "Good" and "bad" depends on your preference.

If they fit in your macros, and you like the taste, eat them. I happen to really like LightLife products, but "healthy" is a very subjective term. Technically, yes, they are processed, but that doesn't necessarily make them "good" or "bad".

Yes, they are definitely considered processed. Unprocessed means just that... All natural, from the earth, ingredients you can understand.

That being said, it is a matter of opinion if they are good for you or not. There are definitely things out there that are a lot worse for you. But I would not eat them daily, either.

I am a long-time vegetarian and enjoy having fake meats a few times a week. Protein content is good. You should find cleaner sources of protein to eat more regularly, though. :)
