I have been doing only the 30ds for 10 days. start weight was 117.5. after 2.5 weeks now 116. but for the last 1 week the weighing machine is stuck..no change. very discouraging. I am taking in 1100-1200 cal most part. occasionaly..1400. Is this normal? Any thoughts?

Weight can fluctuate up on down so don't worry. It's quite normal to have a big win first off then balance out as your body adjusts to your new routine. Keep at it, it will happen!0

It sounds normal to me ! I have not seen your diary and don't know what you are eating but many times high sodium in a diet leads to water retention that can be fixed readily
give it a couple more weeks and keep up the excercise,..... feel free to add me ....Im on daily
