30 day shred

I am on level 3 of the 30ds and I don't think I've had as much success as others. I did it last year and had more better results than this time around. However this time I am not doing any other form of cardio either. The weighing machine isn't moving much either. I started at 117.5 and 25 days later I'm 115. i am 4'10" tall. My pants have gotten a tad bit comforatble in the waist but not loose by any means.
It has started to get discouraging that I'll never get this belly off and have the body I want. Can anyone take a look at my diary and see what I'm doing wrong. I am vegetarian and cook indain food. Would appreciate any help.

    I only glanced at your diary, but I don't think food is the only problem. Is 30 day shred your only exercise? If you mainly want to lose belly fat, cardio is really important. 30 day shred is tough but fairly short and focuses on toning a lot of other muscles (which is good overall). Can you try incorporating some medium-high intensity cardio a few days a week?
  • Your calorie goal is too low. Especially since your doing 30 day shred. At 1000 calories you will stall.
    Up your calories, and don't go below 1200, and add cardio on top of the video, on the days I do my shred
    video I add at least 15-30 minutes on my stationary bike.
    I didn't see consistently poor food choices, (ie: too many carbs or eating fast food), but I'm not really familiar
    with indian dishes either. It may help if you change your settings so you can see your sodium intake. Sodium
    is a killer for me. Since your a vegetarian make sure your protein is up there for your muscle building.
    Also, your at 115? Where are you supposed to be for that height? You cant have more than 10 or so lbs to go.
    Up your cals for a few weeks see if that helps.

    I appreciate all the suggesstions. I have 10 lbs to my GW. I agree. I think I will add cardio and try upping the calories too. Sodium..didn't even think of that...will add that.

    30 Day Shred IS cardio.. My heart rate is elevated the entire time...
