confused what to do next

Hi everyone. i will be finishing the 30 day shred in 10 days. most of my weight is in the belly and arms...which really bothrs me. I am 4'10" and currently 115 lbs. i was wondering what to start next. I have almost all of the JM workout videos. Should I start 6week/6pk or banish fat boost met or no more trouble zones? I'm confused an open for suggesstion. thank uou
