Hi everyone, I want to start insanity but before buying it..are there any youtube videos I can try out? If so, which one should I start with first...there are soo many..I'm confused.

Also I have worked out with jillian videos before but for the last 6 weeks..i haven't worked out at all. Would it still be okay to start insanity?

    I tried to look for some on you tube and the only ones I could find were one of people doing the workout.. I would start with the fit test or the first video which would be called Plyometric cardio circuit.

    There isn't any on youtube due to the terms of service breech but you CAN download it from thttp://thepiratebay.sx/ if you are use to downloading torrents and all that.
