Not losing weight. so frustrated!!!!!
Why am i not losing weight? I am so frustrated. I am 5'5, 115 lbs and i want to lose 10 lb. Yeah yeah, you may think that is too skinny but it is not. I eat 1300-1800 calories(my TDEE is 1850) and I do cardio 3x a week for an hour. I used to do weight lifting but it made me gain weight and made me gain inches on my waist…

Today was the first day that i did strength training ever! Okay so i trained shoulders and arms on the machines and with dumbells for like 30 minutes and i am not tired at all. Like i did not even break a sweat while everyone else was sweating and usually do. What am i doing wrong

How can i get more protein?
I am trying to lose weight and build muscles. I really wanna get in around 116 grams of protein a day but no matter what i eat, I can never get enough! I want something that has a little bit of carbs and fat but a lot of protein. Any ideas? P.S. I do not eat dairy and the only meats I eat are turkey and chicken.

Do y'all eat back your calories from exercising? I only burn about 400 calories from my exercises and only go to the gym 3X a week. I want to lose about 10 more pounds and I eat 1400-1600 calories a day.

All I eat is carbs
Okay so i was looking at my macros and like 70% of my diet is carbs! I am trying to do 30fat-20protein-50carb. Those numbers arent set in stone but I just want to stop eating so much carbs and idk what else to eat. I mean i eat protein and healthy fats but apparently it just doesnt contribute to my diet much. Any ideas?

Does running make u gain weight? Everytime I run, I feel myself getting heavier and after running for about 2 weeks, I see the scale go up. I dont change my eating habit within those two weeks. I am asking this b/c running is cardio and i thought cardio doesnt make you gain muscle which makes u gain weight?
