eating back calories

Do y'all eat back your calories from exercising? I only burn about 400 calories from my exercises and only go to the gym 3X a week. I want to lose about 10 more pounds and I eat 1400-1600 calories a day.

    I eat every exercise calorie back. I try to use an accurate calculator to figure out my burn though (very important).

    you'll likely want to compare your estimated burn to a few different sources. Better yet, with so little to lose you should probably just do TDEE - 10% or so. You don't look like you have anything to lose...maybe just work on body re-comp if that's the issue.

    you should get a heart rate monitor to make sure the calorie burn is accurate.
