Possibly not pushing yourself particularly hard, possibly dehydrated, possibly you don't sweat much in general and your gym is nice and cool, possibly you did sweat but not very noticeably. Everyone is different.0

Sweat isn't a valid measure of a good strength workout, and neither is post-exercise soreness or fatigue. What matters more is if you followed a good lifting routine, used a challenging amount of weight, and used good form.
It's a good idea to work with a good trainer initially, or follow a good program (New Rules of Lifting, etc).0 -

How many sets and reps were you doing on the exercises? So many women sit there and crank out sets of 20,30, 50+ reps with very little weight and then aren't even fatigued afterwards. More reps doesn't equal "getting toned." A good starting point is to Lift a weight that causes you to fail between 8-12 reps. If you can do 12 reps, add 5lbs to the next set. If you can't get 8 reps, take 5 lbs off the next set. Heavy weights won't make you bulky. Testosterone and a hefty calorie surplus are the only way you'll end up looking like a dude. Look up Jamie Eason's 12 week daily trainer on bodybuilding.com as it's geared toward women and has videos that go along with it showing you what to do.0

I agree with he mentioned Jamie Eason program!
I would also possibly increase our weight? I know I didn't noticed a huge difference with lifting until I started timing my breaks in between sets and when I started lifting to my full potential!0
