I'm actually behind. I'm posting this ahead of time so everyone else can keep going. I missed my ab workout on day 35 (yesterday). I ended up getting really sick (food poisoning?) and didn't exercise yesterday or today. Tomorrow will be my day 35. Workout with my personal trainer.

I'm feeling like a lazy bum today... so I'm making this a "rest" day. Just walking to work (20 min) today.

Today I walked to and from the gym (40 min). At the gym I warmed up with a mile run (12 min) and then did 20 min of circuit training. Later in the day I walked to the mall. I actually didn't make it all the way there. My bf caught up with me after work. I ended up walking about halfway in an hour.
