So who out there spins? I have been going once a week. I might pick up some more classes until the weather warms up and I can ride outside again. How many classes do you do a week? I love it, but dang it wears me slap out! Just curious on how many classes a body can handle in a week!

I only lost 1.5 pounds last week but....
I got back into my exercise routine after being a slug during the month of December and I feel soooooooooooo GREAT! It is amazing to me what exercise can do for your mental health as well as the rest of you. I vow that next December I will NOT use being busy as an excuse NOT to exercise. On that note I am off to the gym!

Wii with wrist weights??
I really like Wii bowling. I think I am going to get some light wrist weights and start wearing them when play. I am going to play two player and make an alter-ego Mii to play left handed with. I figure it might be a good arm workout. A workout while I am having fun...what a concept?!?

Trying something new today
Today I am going to really pay attention to my body and only eat when I am hungry. Most of my eating has nothing to do with hunger. I really need to break that cycle. My 2009 cycling goal...dare I post it??
My cycling goal for the year of 2009 is to ride my bike 2000 miles. That is a little less than 40 miles a week. During the spring and summer I ride double+ that so I will pick up any slack from cold months. I am resetting my Trek computer today and hopefully by December's end I will have met my goal.
