I put this in the database. I love these and so does my 8 year old daughter!

Recipe makes two 13-14 oz servings. You can make a recipe and share one or make a recipe and put one in the freezer to blend up for the next day. Each serving is 200 calories.

One banana
One 10.5 oz can lite mandarin oranges (in juice, not syrup)
one short can of crushed pineapple (in juice, NOT syrup)
one container of Kroger Carb master vanilla yogurt (I freeze mine ahead of time so I don't have to add ice)
You can also add a few ounces of skim milk if you need to.

Blend away. This is a great smoothie. It is very filling.
