I never realized how bad it was...
I have a huge party tomorrow and I just figured I'd throw on one of my old dresses that I've worn last year...turns out, I've gained so much weight I can't even fit into my biggest one. I'm literally about to break down. This weight is ruining my life....how could I have let this gotten so bad in just ONE year?

Just a little one!
I know everyone one here has amazing success stories and mine won't compare, but I'm very proud of my little accomplishment. I exercised today! Exercising is something that I typically have a VERY hard time motivating myself to do, but today, I won and got on the elliptical for 13 minutes! Yay for the small things!

What's so horrible about carbs?
Hey guys, After actually looking at my nutrition facts, I seem to go over on carbs (A LOT) daily. I was wondering why exactly carbs are bad for us. That's probably a stupid question, but I'm curious. People always say "Low carbs" but never give a reason as to why they eat that way
