Hey guys, I was just wondering how stress affects you.
I usually great with stress, but when its for a long time or gets unable, I under eat->starve->binge.
Does anyone know anything to take (besides camomile tea) to calm one's self down?
I know that stress releases cortisol which makes you get weight around your middle, so obviously I don't want that.
Thanks:)

Exercise is a great stress reliever. Probably one of the best things you can do in that aspect.0

There's always yoga and meditation too! Or even talking with a friend.
I'm studying stress right now, and if you're trying to lose weight it's definitely something you want to keep under control. A good thing about losing weight is that you're actually taking stress off your bodily functions by losing fat--so it's a win win in terms of stress!0
