How often do you wear belts?
Hello everyone, I am increasingly moving towards being a raw lifter. But last week as I was getting to around 90% of 1RM I decided to wear my belt for my deadlift. When I hit my final warmup set for a triple, the belt was fine. However I then pulled about 90% of my programmed weight for a triple and the belt destroyed me.…

I have some Adidas Kanadias which are pretty good for the heavy duty winter months, but they feel a bit too clunky, a bit too grippy for the spring/Summer.... So do…

Rules
Rules rules rules, what are the rules? I think we need before after pics and weights, what measurements are people concerned by? and if we're gonna do bf% we should have a universal measure like the us marine one, not everyone will have access to calipers or machines or whatnot.

energy balance an article on fighting the obesity trend
A good read on why we need to change strategies, and think more in terms of a healthy composition rather than weightloss. I believe very strongly that people stress too much about bf% calorie restriction and weight, rather than mirrors, getting the macros you require for optimal performance and performance in their chosen…
