The whole foods diet

I see a lot of people talking about whole foods diets on here, and thought this was a fairly sensible article with some appetising looking sample meals

My goal is to transition to a total whole food diet.
If man makes it, don't eat it.

The sample diet in your link contains bacon (a processed meat) and protein powder (a highly processed milk product).

Not that I have anything against either food, but those items seem to contradict the concept of a "whole foods" diet.

And cottage cheese :) . The diet is sensible, and thats what i endorse, im not interested in the semantics of whole food and i don't follow the diet style myself
