I see a lot of people talking about whole foods diets on here, and thought this was a fairly sensible article with some appetising looking sample meals

The sample diet in your link contains bacon (a processed meat) and protein powder (a highly processed milk product).
Not that I have anything against either food, but those items seem to contradict the concept of a "whole foods" diet.0 -
And cottage cheese . The diet is sensible, and thats what i endorse, im not interested in the semantics of whole food and i don't follow the diet style myself0
