I was visiting a different facility today for some training, and I needed to get down on the floor to put some tape down to seal a room, but because I was wearing a tyvek suit (dispossible boiler suit) my trousers didn't ride up my leg as they should have, and I split my trousers along a seam from my knee to my…

I decided after achieving onderland I really needed to give my boobies a treat of some new under-carridge as they are larger than average so they need all the support they can get. So I was a 38KK-L ish with "best fit" as I could never get the underwire to touch my ribcage getting to within an inch was best we have ever…

Things are a little manic for me at work at the moment, I have been working hard over the last four years to get myself in a stronger position and it is starting to pay off, but I was a little miffed that I missed out on a chance to go to our annual conference. Lidl UK budget Heart Rate Monitor
If anyone in the uk has a lidl near them they are doing a HRM with chest band for £14.99 not sure exactly how good it is yet, but if you are stuck on a tight budget it might prove helpful. I picked one up for my hubby today, so I am going to wear it at the same time as my polar FT4 and see what happens after my zumba class…

3 NSV in one weekend!
Went to talk to my neighbour on Friday and she had a friend with her who I haven't seen in over six months and she noticed I'd lost a lot of weight. Then at my Dad's his wife's son actually noticed I'd lost weight too, and he isn't normally that observant! On a slightly sadder NSV my wedding ring is getting very loose. My…

I went into Next this evening and tried on some of their trousers, just for interest.... Size 18 fitted really well around legs & hips - could do them up, but slightly tight. Size 16 could actually get them on up to my hips, but no chance of doing them up - which for me is great as previously if I'd tried a 16 on I…

Two unexpected NSV in one day!
We were heading out to a social event at church tonight so I needed to wear some more decent clothes than I normally do, so routed around to find some and came up with a pair of trousers and an old bra. Tried the trousers on and they fitted really well around the hips, waist and bottom, still way too long in the legs, but…
