I went into Next this evening and tried on some of their trousers, just for interest....


Size 18 fitted really well around legs & hips - could do them up, but slightly tight.

Size 16 could actually get them on up to my hips, but no chance of doing them up - which for me is great as previously if I'd tried a 16 on I wouldn't have even got them half way up my legs!

I have no idea how Next compare on sizings as I have never been able to wear any of their clothes

On a slightly sadder NSV - my wedding ring is gettting very loose.....

Congrats!

Most wedding rings are very sizable, and it costs less than you might think. I'm not planning on having mine re-sized until I'm at a stable weight around my goal, but it's certainly in my plans.

Next clothing fits slightly small. I bet an 18 at Dorothy Perkins would fit you perfectly and you could probably do the 16 up.
