3 NSV in one weekend!

Went to talk to my neighbour on Friday and she had a friend with her who I haven't seen in over six months and she noticed I'd lost a lot of weight.
Then at my Dad's his wife's son actually noticed I'd lost weight too, and he isn't normally that observant!

On a slightly sadder NSV my wedding ring is getting very loose. My DH is looking to get me another ring just to hold it on my finger,
and we will look at if we can get it altered to fit me when I get to my goal weight, we had them made for us so not sure if it will work or not.

    congrads to you. I hope that they can shriek your ring. If not well the new one can be a new commitment of health.
