Modification in March
got first triathalon in April so need to change up a few things. 1. decrease fat intake to recommended 2. lose 5 pounds 3. bike miles 200 total 4. eat only at dining room table or kitchen counter...no more couch eating. duh! 5. return to no eating after work. 6. row machine on work days or get rid of it.
