So silly but I have gained 10lbs....so silly because I know what to do..so silly not to Choose Life! So today it is back to logging 100%....no other decisions... Hope your holiday was great...mine was...looking forward to New Years Day..start the Year off with a cold ocean swim

Surviving in September
Figured out that I need to work on nutrition and weightloss in order to breathe better. Each added pound makes it harder to breathe... 4th week...no junk cereal repeating 5th week...no sweets ( brownies weren't cookies!)

Caught in cycle August
Stuck in metabolic inertia. No improvement in covid complications and hip injury from a week at the beach has led me to 7lbs wt gain and terrible eating habits.
