Nike+ Users
Hello! I've been using my sport band for an entire year and I have exactly one friend. I guess it is one of the few pitfalls to not having a Facebook-- no instant friends on other social networks. Is anyone else looking for people to compare runs / share info / try new products and things with? I'd be glad to message you…

Stalk Much?
Do you google someone you're dating? If so, how do you do it without feeling like a total weirdo stalker?

http://thecolorrun.com/seattle/ Who wants to be part of my 4 person team to save me (and you) $5? Ha! May 13, registration starts Feb. 1. I will be running, but at a fairly slow pace. :) **Edited to add: it's a 5K.

Gym Etiquette
Is it completely rude of me to split sets between machines? I do 3 sets of 15 reps, so I do a curl and then an extension, pull down and whatever is the opposite of that, etc. I ask because although the gym is very empty during the time that I go (last time there were 5 other people, max, and only one in the weight machines…

Loose Tea
What kinds of loose tea are you fellow tea lovers drinking? I just got some great tea tumblers with diffusers built in, and am hoping to find some good brands / blends. I like oolong, green (especially green with macha), herbal, black... I like everything! Recommends and leads would be wonderful. :)

The Joys of Trader Joe's Vegetable Masala Veggie Burger
120 calories, made from veggies only and NO SOY (http://www.traderjoesfan.com/Trader_Joes/vegetable_masala_burger/details/) and so very good! It would be perfect if you were craving: take out, Indian food, a baked potato (lots of yummy soft potato chunks), something savory, late night snack I ate it on halved slice of 45…

No White At Night (diet)
Are any of you familiar with the No White At Night (lower carb) diet? http://www.nowhiteatnight.com/ I have been trying to stick with the carb-free thing at night. I am not following his exact diet plan, but I had a personal trainer tell me (and another confirm) that you don't need carbs at dinner, since you aren't as…

Spaghetti Squash
I wish I had stumbled upon this glorious vegetable years ago. I had it with homemade red sauce and grilled chicken, and then made it into chicken "noodle" soup (just add the roased, shredded squash to your bowl the squash after the chicken and veggies are done cooking in broth) last night. YUM! Hoping this will push some…

Quick & Delish-- ~100 Cal Snack
I know there is an old and huge thread running around similiarly titled, but this is what I just snacked on. Feel free to add your own! 6 slices Oscar Meyer Mesquite deli turkey meat, 1/4 cup thin french green beans, 10 mini pearl grape tomatoes, 5 mini pretzel twists = 106 cals and filled me right up! Hoping my pic…

Do You Actually
Or do you just shout "W2G" after each entry? I've had a lot of girls my age who seem pretty fit add me lately, and I am wondering if they are in it as friend collectors or for the long haul. I need some pals who are going to chime in with real advice, criticism, praise now and then. I comment a ton, so I need friends who…

Vitamin / Mineral Counting?
Is there a site where you can put your foods in and see where you are lacking each day in terms of vitamins and minerals? I knew if anyone knew of it, it would be the MFP community! I did try to google for it, but no luck yet. Edited to add: I know MFP does a few basics, I was wondering if any site was more complete.

100 Calorie Snacks
I know it is so easy to go out and spend a lot on the diet foods and 100 calorie snack packs. Let's help each other out by suggesting our favorite around 100 cal snack foods. Bonus points for making it portable / easy and quick. Mine is 2 light rye wasa crispbreads (60 cal) with 2 tbs of Frontera jalepeno cilantro salsa…

Zevia?!
Has anyone else seen this calorie free soda that is made with stevia? 0 cals, 0 carbs, 5g sodium. Found a $3 off coupon in today's paper. It also just happened to be 2/$3 per 6 pack at my local grocery chain (Town & Country Markets). For a free can of soda, this tastes d@mn good. Just thought I'd pass the info along!

Too Critical? McDonalds?
I have a pal who eats McDonalds EVERY day (or every other day, w/e) and has lost 22 lbs. Misses meals, etc... It is totally frustrating and discouraging as someone who is trying to eat heathier and lose weight. Should I drop them? Are you guys cutthroat when it comes to diaries you can see?

Truvia Vs. Stevia
In an attempt to cut out all artifical sweetner, I got Truvia. I don't like the bitterness of stevia, and I don't want to add 15 cals per teaspoon from sugar, agave, honey, etc. Is Truvia any less processed than Splenda (my old go-to sweetner)? Better recommends?

Making Up the Over Calorie Days...
Is it dumb to think I should leave a defecit the day after I go horribly over cals? I went and failed to stick to the plan at the bachlorette party yesterday, so I am wondering if a defecit today is the way to "make up" for it. Dumb idea, or a decent way to even things out?

Staying Strong-- Bachlorette Party!
Ideas, suggestions, and esp low calorie drinks to order at the bar are greatly appreciated!

Deleting Friends?
Do you guys weed people out? For what reason? I am thinking about taking people off if they haven't logged in in a long time. I am not sure what "long" means exactly, and I would think you would eventually come back to MFP... Am I harsh for thinking about this?

BMR from MFP?
I have plateaued. I try to run 3 miles 3X a week. I ran 4X M-F of this week and will run again Sunday for a total of 10 miles. My weight is in the normal range (19.2 BMI). Am I eating too few calories? I'm set at 1200 and frankly, the idea of upping my calories to lose weight terrifies me. I just read a Banks post that was…

Diary Input-- As You Go or Planned Out?
I've noticed that I do better if I fill my entire diary in either the night before or in the morning. I know what I've planned, I am not rushing and making bad choices while I am hungry. In the diary of friends it seems like most people are filling up their diary as they go. How do you do it, and am I wasting time by…

"If Every Day Were Like Today, You'd Weigh #"
How do they come to that calculation? I am within my cal limits most days a week, I think. I am thinking I've been on MFP since April. I am wondering if I am really going to be ten more lbs lighter in another month or so, or, if as I am assuming, MFP is crazy. Any wisdom on these numbers?
-
Too Much Protein?
I don't lift weights. I am a pretty active girl (run 3 miles 3-4 times a week, walk a ton, etc) and am getting over the MFP limit on protein pretty often... Is this bad? Will it halt or interfere with weight loss?

"Danger" Times -- What Do You Do?
I never (well, okay, very rarely) have a problem with cravings or eating more than I mean to during the day. It always, always strikes either early evening (5ish) or after dinner. Help me! What do you guys do? P.S. I also have very few friends on here, sniff sniff. Add me if you are so inclined. My diary is open! :)

Food Notes?
Does anyone use this? What do you usually take note of?
