Ok guys I have this nagging question in me. I have bought Fiber One brownies, Special K Pastry Crisps and Granola bars. If they are low in sugar and calories - are they good for snacks??? What are some other snacks that you can eat throughout the day to keep you full?

Feeling bad
Ugh thanksgiving is here. And I started eating right these past 2 weeks. I've been keeping my calories under, but sodium, sugar and fat I keep going over. And I feel bad. It's like I'm just hungry! And I'm out of money until Dec 5th. We have food at the house, but it isn't healthy food. Any tips?

Question about Walking and Goal
Ok I have 2 questions. 1 - Can someone explain to me the Goal | Food - Exercise = Net? Am I suppose to have a negative Net in order to create a deficit? 2 - I walked 5.1 miles today in 98 minutes. Does this mean I put in Walking 5.0 mph in 98 minutes in my MFP log?
